Our promotional discount codes are single use, however orders which qualify for free shipping are not excluded.

How do I track my order?
To track an order, you'll need to log in to your account and select your recent purchase from the 'Order history' page. The tracking number is listed below your order invoice. Please note order tracking is updated within 24 hours from the item being shipped.
Where is my order?
All orders to the UK with free delivery take 2-3 days to arrive (excluding weekends and national holidays). If you haven't yet received your order, please contact Customer Service or e-mail email@example.com.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 28 days of receipt of your order.

What is vermeil?
Vermeil is a combination of sterling silver with a layer of gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick.
I have sensitive skin, can I wear your gold filled jewellery?
When cared for correctly, due to the thick solid gold layer, gold fill, unlike thin gold plating, will not discolour or tarnish and will last as long as and will wear exactly like solid gold.
Anyone who can wear gold can wear gold fill without worries of an allergic reaction to the jewellery. Gold fill jewellery is an economical alternative to solid gold.
What do I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the log in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you.
