I have multiple voucher codes, can I redeem more than one discount at a time?
Our promotional discount codes are single use per purchase, however orders which qualify for free shipping are not excluded.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payments depending on your chosen delivery country, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, JCB, EuroCard, Maestro, iDEAL, Giropay and PayPal.

How do I track my order?
To track an order, you'll need to log in to your account and select your recent purchase from the 'Order history' page. The tracking number is listed below your order invoice. Please note order tracking is updated within 24 hours from the item being shipped.
Where is my order?
All orders to the UK with free delivery take 2-3 days to arrive (excluding weekends and national holidays). If you haven't yet received your order, please contact Customer Service or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 28 days of receipt of your order.

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a combination of sterling silver with a layer of solid gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick.
What do I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the log in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you.
