What is Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled is an industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweller's brass resulting in a durable, real gold product. We choose to work with 18K-24K gold-filled because it allows us to offer top-of-the-line quality at an affordable price. The thick outer layer of gold makes it highly durable and safe for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

Is ''Gold filled'' the same as ''Gold-Fill''?
Yes, they are the same thing. The only thing you need to know is that the term refers to a thick outer layer of durable, pressure-bonded, real, solid gold on the outside. No filling.

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a combination of sterling silver with a layer of solid gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9K and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick.

What do I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the log in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one.
