How do I track my order?
To track an order, you'll need to log in to your account and select your recent purchase from the 'Order history' page. The tracking number is listed below your order invoice. Please note order tracking is updated within 24 hours from the item being shipped.
Where is my order?
All orders to the UK with free delivery take 2-3 days to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays). If you haven't yet received your order, please email email@example.com.

What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a combination of sterling silver with a layer of solid gold on top. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick.

What do I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" button on the log in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an e-mail re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to log in and change this to a new password which will be more memorable to you.
