We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) within 28 days of you receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original protective packaging. In the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are unworn, checked by us and deemed faulty.
1) Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to make a return. To do this visit the Order History menu, then select your recent order and scroll to the end of the page. Confirm which item(s) you wish to return by completing the contact form.
2) Once we have confirmed your request, you can return any items. We highly recommend using a recorded delivery service to return items safely. Most recorded services usually include insurance for any loss or damage.
3) Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email confirmation. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. In the rare instance, you have received a faulty item we will gladly refund any shipping costs.
Please note if you completed your transaction using our Guest checkout we will need to create a temporary customer account for you to complete our returns process.
How long will my refund take?
If you used Stripe checkout to complete your transaction refunds can take anywhere between 3 to 7 days to clear in your account.
If you used PayPal to complete your transaction your refund can take up to 2 hours to clear in your account.
